I warmly welcome everyone to the budget presentation meeting of Mampad Grama Panchayat for the financial year 2026–27.
The Grama Panchayat has prepared a rational, equitable, and people-oriented budget for the financial year 2026–27. By involving experienced people from various sectors and understanding the needs and priorities of each sector, this budget has been formulated to address the development requirements of all sections of society.
The budget focuses on projects that are practical and achievable within the available resources and time frame. It is a matter of satisfaction that every effort has been made to ensure that benefits and essential services reach the deserving people.
In addition to fulfilling the statutory responsibilities of the Grama Panchayat, the present administration is committed to implementing people-oriented development programmes through proper planning and effective execution. As an initial step towards fulfilling the promises made during the election period, the Grama Panchayat is presenting development projects and programmes that address the needs and aspirations of the people.
Moving beyond the approach followed in previous years, the Grama Panchayat is approaching the people with new ideas, fresh perspectives, and a renewed vision for development through this year's budget.
